TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8542 of 2018 IN CRL RC.357/2015 SAKTHIVEL [ PETITIONER ] Vs MR.V.PRABHU [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 23.06.2015 in M.P.No.1/2015 in Crl.R.C.357 of 2015 to appear on the first working day of every month and to order to appear on any day of the month or to impose any such other lenient condition and /or to pass any such other or further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RVG HARIHARABALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of (NO APPEARANCE) Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.R.C.No.357 of 2015, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.R.C.No.357 of 2015 dated 23.06.2015.
4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Hosur, once in three months i.e. first Friday at 10.30 a.m.
until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
