O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner and respondents Nos.4 and 5 are making allegations against each other of encroachments on public lands/waterway.

2. The District Collector/first respondent will cause an inspection of the sites to be made by the Tahsildar/third respondent and if encroachment is found of either side, to remove the same forthwith, as both sides undertake to this Court to remove any encroachment found, which undertaking is accepted.

3. The aforesaid task be completed within one month of the receipt of the order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
