The prayer in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to issue the Certified copy of the order and decreetal order dated 05.08.2009 in I.A.No.26 of 2008 in A.S.No.10 of 2009 on the file of District Court, Thiruvarur and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequently, stay all further proceedings in the said Appeal by a period of 7 days after issuance of the Certified copies of the above said order in A.S.No.10 of 2009.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

"The prayer becomes infructuous. Hence, the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn"

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
