Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey the property and issue the Patta to the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in S.No.363/2 and 251/2, to the extent of 15 cents, which is situated at Nedugundram, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District based on the representations of the petitioner dated 15.03.2019 and 15.04.2019 within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to survey the property comprised in S.Nos.363/2 and 251/2, to an extent of 15 cents, which is situated at Nedugundram, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District based on the representations of the petitioner dated 15.03.2019 and 15.04.2019 within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.
