This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2256 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5615 of 2023 on 24.05.2023 to report before the respondent police fortnighly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
