By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of 6.5 acres of land in S.F.No.188/2 at Pettapalayam Village, alleging that the fourth respondent without recourse of law has tried to dismantle the building and in this regard has also submitted a representation dated 21.06.2016 to the second respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, this Court in the light of the fact and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
