This petition has been filed to relax the condition contained in paragraph No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.14336 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.5414 of 2023 before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
