This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to substitute the petitioners instead of the deceased viz., M.Aswini, petitioner in the Criminal Revision.

2. Heard Mr.R.Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.C.Murali, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
