Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ or order in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, calling for the records of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/759/2005 dated 22.06.2006 as modified by his further proceedings. Na.Ka.No.A1/29/2007 dated 09.01.2007 quash the same and direct the 4th respondent to return to the petitioner the amounts recovered from his salary.
