8555 OF 2018] [ii] granting exemption order for surrendering the petitioner before the Learned Judicial Magistrate/FTC, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District in so far relates to C.A.No. 20 of 2016 dated 26.4.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, in CRL RC.739/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8556 OF 2018] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.739/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Taking into account, the judgment of the Court below and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is of the view that there are arguable points in the appeal.

Hence, the sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the revision.

2.
