The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent on instructions would submit that they would be taking steps to remove the encumbrance vide Doc.No.6542/ 2008, SRO, Walajah reflected in the Book I maintained by the 3rd respondent in respect of the property comprised in Survey Nos.471/3, 4, 5A, 6A, 7A, 8A1, situated at Mukuntharayapuram village, Walajah Taluk, North Arcot District.
