Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel for the Appellant, Mr.M.Purushothaman, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3, 5 and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 8 and 9 are present before this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents 8 and 9 seeks further time to comply with the order dated 31.07.2024. For ease of reference, the relevant portion of the order dated 31.07.2024 is reads as under: "3. In view of the rival submissions made by the respective learned counsels, a direction is issued to the Tahsildar, Maduranthakam to inspect the suit property along with a Surveyor, note down the physical features of the suit property with regard to the encroachment of the 1 st defendant alone and file a report along with the sketch. It is needless to say that the Tahsildar, Maduranthakam shall give an advance notice of the date of inspection to both the plaintiff and the first defendant. " 1/3

3. In light of the above order, the Tahsildar, Maduranthakam is directed to comply with the order dated 31.07.2024 and submit a report before this Court on or before 14.10.2024.
