This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12927 of 2025 on 25.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 p.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
