O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.09.2023 made by the petitioner seeking cancellation of the registration of the third respondent/Society.

2. On a perusal of the records, it reveals that on receipt of the said representation, the first respondent conducted an enquiry and has yet to pass an order.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the first respondent is directed to pass order on the said representation dated 25.09.2023 submitted by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the second and third respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
