ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.12 of 2019 on the file of Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch Salem, against the petitioners.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Salem and it was taken on file in CC No.945 of 2023.

In the light of the above development, there is no question of interfering with the FIR at this stage. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the final report filed by the respondent police, it is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
