O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the only aspect we think merits attention is the fact that as per the own admission of the Municipal Administration Department, financial sanction has been obtained for laying the sewerage pipe, but implementation of the project was kept in abeyance, on account of the Election Conduct Rules.

2. We thus call upon the third respondent to intimate to the petitioner as to when they expect the project to be completed, for which financial sanction is stated to have been accorded.

3. A communication be sent to the petitioner within 15 days of the receipt of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
