This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the award passed in I.D.No.84 of 1999 dated 06.10.2010, consequential order in C.P.No.1892 of 2011 dated 18.06.2013 and I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2024 in C.P.No.1892 of 2011 dated 26.06.2024, on the file of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.P.K.Shiva kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.C.Karl Marx, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and the Mediation Report has been filed in this regard.

4. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the terms of settlement has been attached along with the Mediation Report, in which, both parties have affixed their signatures.

5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed as settled in terms of settlement agreement dated 17.10.2024. No costs. Consequently, Page No.2 of 4

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
