2. This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission based on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 16.08.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.

3. In case the petitioner is entitled for subsistence allowances during the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
