This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari to the Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

3. Considering the inconvenience suffered by the petitioner/wife and the principle behind Sec.19 (iii-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, permitting a wife to present a petition before a Court within whose jurisdiction she is residing on the date of filing of the petition, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2016, pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari to the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
