ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by S.J.Mukhopadhaya,J) The writ petition under the caption public interest has been preferred by the petitioner for a direction forbearing respondents 3 to 5 from performing marriage and other allied functions at (i) Door No.2, Sadaiyandeseswarar Koil Street, Thirunakeswaram, Kunrathur, Chennai - 69 (ii) Nageswara Kalyana Mandapam, 1, Sadaiyandeseswarar Koil Street, Thirunakeswaram, Kunrathur, Chennai - 69 and (iii) Sundara Sengunthar Kalyana Mandapam, 38, Sadaiyandeswarar Koil Street, Kunrathur, Chennai - 69 respectively. 2.Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that this writ petition cannot be termed to be in public interest and therefore, the petitioner has to move before the competent authority or before the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief.
