The petitioner/wife has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2006 pending on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and transfer the same to the Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.1572 of 2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband has got no serious objection for transferring the petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2006 pending on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.1572 of 2015. The Family Court Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of both H.M.O.Ps as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
