ORDER

The petitioner has sought for payment of compensation for the death of his father on 07.10.2024.

2.Heard Mr.U.Chithambaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.On going through the records, it is seen that the Tahsildar has already rejected the claim made by the petitioner through proceeding dated 18.12.2024. It is seen from the rejection order of the Tahsildar that the petitioner's father had died due to coronary artery heart disease. Hence, either the petitioner has to

3/5 question this proceeding of the Tahsildar or the petitioner has to approach the competent Civil Court and file a suit claiming for compensation. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No Costs.
