Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned rejection order in respect of the petitioner's online Application No.TN3202108272770 dated 13.09.2021 issued by the respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue Nativity Certificate to the petitioner. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of nativity certificate to the petitioner. 2.Heard Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the nativity certificate has been issued to the petitioner on 21.11.2021. A copy of the same has also been produced by the learned Special Government Pleader. 4.Since the nativity certificate has been issued to the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

5 After recording the fact that the nativity certificate dated 21.11.2021 has been issued in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
