O R D E R

The respondent in F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2016 on the file of Family Court, Salem, has come up with this Transfer Petition to transfer the proceedings to a Court at Salem. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent jointly submitted that the parties would be satisfied in case the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2016 is transferred to the Court of Sub Court, Sangagiri along with the pending proceedings in H.M.O.P.No. 88 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Tiruchengodu. 4.

The petitioner is a resident of Namakkal. The respondent is a resident of Salem. Both the parties now wanted the proceedings to be transferred to a nearby Court taking into account their convenience. I am therefore of the view that appropriate orders should be passed taking into account the suggestions given by the parties.

In the result, the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Salem and is transferred to the file of Sub Court, Sangagiri. Similarly the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No. 88 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Tiruchengodu and is transferred to the file of Sub Court, Sangagiri for trial along with F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2016.

6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
