This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection and permission on 03.08.2019 to conduct Gramiya Culture & Dance Programme at Perumal Kovil, at Sholinghur Town Panchayat, Walaja Taluk, Vellore District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2019.

2. The date on which the cultural programme was fixed was over even before the orders were passed. Therefore, the relief itself had become infructous.
