2. The above matter has been listed at the request of the Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent, pursuant to the order being pronounced on 16.02.2024. The Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent has made a mention with regard to a subsequent event namely, the suit which was originally pending before the District Munsif Court, Poonamallee has also been subsequently transferred to the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and therefore, both the suits are now pending before the same Court.

3. In view of the same, the Learned Counsel has mentioned the matter for necessary correction to be carried out in the order.

4. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr.R.Subramanian, has also concurred with the fact that the suits are now pending before the same Court namely, the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur. In view of the same, the observations in paragraph No.16 and 1/3

direction in paragraph No.17 are unnecessary and hence, the above said relevant paragraphs which are relating to transfer of O.S.No.269 of 2005, from the District Munsif, Poonamalle to the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate are shall stand omitted from the order.
