Since the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Vellore, has rightly understood the spirit of the order dated 24.02.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1432 of 2013 and has permitted the compounding of the offence under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for brevity "the NI Act") and acquitted the accused, nothing survives in this petition. 2.

Hence, this criminal revision petition is closed. In view of the compounding of the offence, the accused stands acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of the NI Act.
