O R D E R

Mr.Jothishankar, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect a memo of withdrawal dated 06.08.2025, has been addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Madras. The learned counsel reiterates the above said request in the open Court. The content of the memo of withdrawal is extracted hereunder :- "The petitioner in the above writ petition has instructed the petitioner's Counsel to withdraw the above writ petition. It is therefore requested that the above writ petition be posted before the learned Judge "For Withdrawal"."
