Both the counsels have filed a Joint memo dated 18.11.2021 before this Court under which they have agreed to refer the dispute arising out of the Subrogation Agreement dated 02.08.2019 for arbitration and they have agreed for the appointment of Hon'ble Justice Mr.N.Paul Vasanthakumar (Retired) to be the Arbitrator. Under the said joint memo, they have also agreed that the interim order dated 23.12.2020 passed by this Court in O.A.No.764 of 2021 in C.S.No.409 of 2020 shall stand extended till the completion of the arbitral proceedings between the plaintiff and the defendant.

2. The said Joint Memo dated 18.11.2021 is recorded by this Court and the same shall form part of this order. In terms of the said Joint Memo, the suit is disposed of.
