ORDER
This writ petition is being disposed at the time of admission in the light of the submission of Mr.S.Raveendran, learned Senior Counsel duly instructed by Mr.S.Nazeer Ahamed, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
2. The learned Senior Counsel submits that though the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges by an order dated 11.01.2019 in C.A.No.1354 of 2003, the acquittal is on technical grounds and therefore the petitioner is not entitled for the benefits. The learned Senior Counsel further submits that the petitioner's representation/Legal Notice dated 26.09.2019 has not been replied so far. will consider and pass on the benefits that are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondent to consider the representation/Legal Notice dated 26.09.2019 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
