Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to (i) Order dated 01.07.2018 of the fourth respondent; (2) Letter dated 10.06.2019 of the fifth respondent, quash the order dated 01.07.2018 to the limited extent of the condition imposed in Para 5 thereof namely "termination of service after giving one month's notice on either side" and further declare that the oral termination of service of the petitioner as Assistant Professor from 01.06.2019 is null and void and issue consequential directions to the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner in service and allow him to serve as Assistant Professor (English) in the College with the benefits of continuity of service, back pay, etc., and pass orders.
