Crime No.1609 of 2020 Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17874 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 the petitioner is directed to stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. ORDER
This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17874 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 directing the petitioner to to stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7874 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before respondent police every day at 10.30A.M., until further orders.
