Prayer in W.P.No.25141 of 2007 :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to assess the imported goods under Bill of Entry No.505762 dated 15.07.2007 as per the provisions of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962, read with Customs Valuation Rules finally without considering the alert notice issued by the Directorate General of Valuation or any other agency within a reasonable period.
