..Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus are direction in the nature of direction directing the respondents to permit the petitioners herein to perform the functions of the trustee of Arulmighu Kadumbadi Chinnamman Thirukovil situated at No.53, Jayaram Chetty Street, Saidapet West, Chennai - 15 in the place of the deceased hereditary trustee C.B.Chandrasekaran Chettiar.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents to permit the Writ Petitioner to perform the functions of the trustee of Arulmighu Kadumbadi Chinnamman Thirukovil situated at No.53, Jayaram Chetty Street, Saidapet West, Chennai - 15.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the HR & CE Department represented that the fit person was already appointed and in the proceedings dated 25.09.2015. The Writ Petitioner also appointed as trustee of the Arulmighu Kadumbadi Chinnamman Thirukovil . Hence, the grievance of the Writ Petition has redressed and accordingly, no further adjudication in this Writ Petition is required and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
