Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the key answer published by the 2nd respondent dated 07.01.2022 and 08.03.2022 pursuant to the examination dated 10.12.2021 as per the Direct Recruitment Notification No.14/2019 dated 27.11.2019 for the post of Lectures in Government Polytechnic Colleges (Engineering / Non-Engineering) for the year 2017 - 2018 in Computer Science Engineering and quash the same as illegal in so far as it relates to question Nos.11, 13, 20 in Part B and Question Nos.38, 90 in Part A are concerned and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reevaluate the abovesaid questions and award 8 more marks to the petitioner and to appoint the petitioner as Lecture.
