ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue minor D.Baby D/o. M.Devale Gowdu, aged about 17 years, now in the custody of the 3rd respondent before this Court, set the detenue at liberty handover her custody to the petitioner forthwith, the present petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The detenue is present. The petitioner is the father of the detenue.

3. From the submission made by the detenue and the information furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is clear that the detenue was not with the third respondent. She was staying with her friend for quite sometime and thereafter joined the hostel. She is also a major as of now.
