This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 21.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.2437 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.23541 of 2022 dated 21.02.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
