The petitioner herein, who was called for enquiry on a complaint taken as C.S.R.No.484 of 2024, is before this Court that the police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, states that the complaint against the petitioner was closed on 03.07.2024 after enquiry, directing the parties to approach the surveyor and demarcate their boundaries. 3.
