Common Prayer : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to refer the petition of the petitioner dated 08.02.2023, 15.02.2022 and 30.03.2023 respectively to the concerned Court/Authority within a time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. These Writ Petitions are filed to direct the second respondent to refer the petitions of the petitioners dated 08.02.2023, 15.02.2022 and 30.03.2023 respectively to the concerned Court/Authority within a time limit as fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioners is that the lands of the petitioners have been acquired by the Government under the Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 for setting up new SIPCOT Industrial Park at Balajangamanahalli and other 2/5

surrounding villages and notification has been issued on 17.07.2020. Thereafter, the second respondent passed an award fixing very meagre value of the lands acquired from the petitioners. In this regard, the petitioners had given representation to the second respondent to refer to Court for enhancement of compensation. But the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petitions there shall be a direction to the second respondent to refer the petitions of the petitioners dated 08.02.2023, 15.02.2022 and 30.03.2023 respectively to the concerned Court/Authority within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
