This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. From a reading of the petition, it is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 and it is stated that respondents 2 & 3 are disturbing the petitioner from doing his business and threatening him. The complaint has also been given to the 2nd respondent in this regard.

3. Insofar as the dispute is concerned, the petitioner has to workout his remedy only before the Competent Civil Court, since it is stated that the respondents 2 & 3 have not settled the amount after having purchased the food grains. The complaint that has been given by the petitioner to the respondent police is pending and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police will consider the same in accordance with law and this Court cannot issue any positive direction for providing police protection to the petitioner.

4. This Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
