This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 561 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the Second Appeal in S.A.No.174 of 2020 arising out of common judgment has been admitted and the delay was condoned. But in this case, the respondent is evading service.

3. In the light of the above submissions, the delay is condoned.
