ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking to call for the respondent's proceedings comprised in his notice under reference No.20040/ 2000701-Assessment no.340155/North Zone/A4/ward 33 and quash the same as unconstitutional, ultra vires and consequently issue a direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the respondent forthwith to implement the assessments as per order in TAT 522;523/2000 dated 23.01.2000 in respect of the Assessment Nos.109010 & 107919 at his premises at No.57-58 & 58A, Dr.Sivananda Colony, Tatabad 1st Street, Coimbatore 641 044.

2. Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that a settlement has been arrived between the petitioner and the respondent / Coimbatore Municipal Corporation and also submitted that the petitioner is paying the charges as determined by the respondent.

3. In view of the fact that the parties have settled the issue among themselves, and recording the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
