O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the life of the petitioner and her family members.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 3 and 4 have some dealing with the son of the petitioner and they are sending henchmen to the house of the petitioner and threatening the family members.

3. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to call the parties for an enquiry. If there is any property dispute, the parties shall be relegated before the competent civil Court. If the respondents 3 and 4 are causing threat to the petitioner and the family members, the respondent police shall advice the parties to resolve their dispute before the civil Court and not to indulge in any threat.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a above direction.
