ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to permit the petitioner to sell her vehicle Mahindra LMV Tourist Maxi Cab Van bearing Reg.No.TN 27 P 4800, which was seized by the respondent police in Crime No.39/2007, in C.C.No.43/2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dharmapuri.

2. In view of the earlier order dated 07.03.2007 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.383/2007 that the petitioner shall not alienate the subject vehicle, it would be inappropriate to consider the prayer sought for in the present Crl.O.P.No.1740 of 2018 and the same is dismissed.

3. However, it is open to the petitioner, to seek necessary modification of the earlier order passed by this Court dated 07.03.2007, if he chooses to do so.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
