ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Special Court under TANPID Court Act, Coimbatore to dispose the case in C.C.No.04 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Special Court under TANPID Court Act, Coimbatore to dispose of C.C.No.04 of 2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above direction.
