This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus even without submitting a representation before the concerned authority.

When this was pointed to the learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit a representation before the concerned authority and if the same is not considered, thereafter, work out his remedy by filing a fresh writ petition. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as 2/4
