ORDER

Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel for third respondent, would submit that while GPF was paid to the petitioner even before filing of the Writ Petition, other dues have also been paid to the petitioner subsequently.

2. In view of the above submission, if the petitioner has got any grievance with regard to non-payment of correct GPF, the remedy is not by way of contempt, and, it is for him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. Contempt Petition is, accordingly, closed. 15-12-2023 dixit
