This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case and take necessary action against the petitioner's complaint dated 10.01.2017 in CSR No.55/J7X/2017 dated 28.01.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
