W.M.P.No.22694 of 2024 in W.P.No.18747 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE .J., This petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed 6th respondent as party 6th respondent in W.P.No.18747 of 2024.

2.Since the District Revenue Officer/ proposed 6th respondent is the competent authority, who has to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 and 11.03.2022, the present impleading petition is allowed as prayed for by impleading the District Revenue Officer as 6th respondent in W.P.No.18747 of 2024.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the newly impleaded 6th respondent as well.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
