The petitioners filed MCOP No.5439 of 2012 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Small Causes Court), Chennai, claiming compensation on account of the death of Tmt.Suganthi, wife of the first petitioner. The petitioners are presently residing at Salem. The petitioners, therefore, seek transfer of the proceedings from Chennai to Salem.

2. The second respondent fairly submitted that the Insurance Company has no objection in transferring the proceedings.

3. None appears on behalf of the first respondent.

4. The petitioners initially filed a claim petition before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Chennai. The petitioners are residents of Salem. The petitioners are therefore seeking transfer.

5. The proceedings in M.C.O.P.No.5439 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Small Causes Court) Chennai and is transferred to the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Salem for disposal on merits.
